Touchpad interface circuit (IBM ThinkPad T60)

When the touch panel is controlled, the interface circuit receives the control signal from the capacitive transducer and integrated circuit on the touch panel, and sends it to the touch
panel management chip to identify and encode the touch panel control signal. If the touchpad interface circuit fails, the touchpad
control will be disabled.
