One of the load limiter circuits using 555 time base integrated circuit

One of the load limiter circuits using 555 time base integrated circuit     is shown in the figure. It can limit the power consumption of large loads. When the electrical load exceeds the set value, the power supply can be automatically cut off; when the load drops below the set value, the power supply can be automatically restored.     It uses capacitors to step down the voltage and uses 555 time base integrated circuit A to form a monostable delay circuit. Adjust R4 and C4 to change the delay time, adjust the potentiometer RP to change the action setting value.
