1 wirewound resistor (RX)

The resistance accuracy is higher than that of carbon film resistors, with good stability, low noise, small temperature coefficient, wide working environment temperature range, high temperature resistance, small size, etc.

3) Metal oxide film resistor

The tin salt solution is sprayed on the surface of the ceramic substrate, and then treated at high temperature to cause the salt solution to react rapidly chemically, forming a metal oxide film resistor on the surface of the ceramic substrate.

Features:

The metal oxide film has strong adhesion to the substrate, high film strength, and good wear resistance.

The film layer is thicker, so it is suitable to make a low resistance resistor.

It is formed by evenly coating the conductive synthetic suspension on the surface of the insulating substrate and curing it.

2)Synthetic solid resistor

Synthetic solid resistors are made by mixing carbon powder, binder, and fillers and pressing them into a solid resistor.

High reliability, low price and other characteristics. Commonly used in artificial satellites, submarine cables, computers, etc.

3) Metallic glass glaze resistor

It is formed by mixing metal or metal oxide powder and glass glaze powder in proportion, then using a binder to mix the two powders into a slurry, and evenly applying the slurry on the insulating substrate.

4) Chip resistor

It is a special form of glass glaze resistor. Its resistor body is made of highly reliable glass ruthenium-based glass glaze slurry sintered at high temperature, and the electrodes are made of silver-palladium alloy slurry.
