When motor A (or electrical appliance) operates, motor
B (or electrical appliance) is allowed to operate (interlocked).
The normally open contact of the contactor of motor A (or electrical appliance) can be connected in series to the contactor coil circuit of motor B
(or electrical appliance ) , as
shown in Figure 1-5. When the coil of contactor KMi is energized and the normally open contact of KMi
is closed, contactor KM2 can be energized.
