Series types are Surface Mount Uni-Directional Glass
Passivated Junction Transient Voltage Suppressors
designed to protect voltage sensitive components from
high voltage transients.
THIS DEVICE IS MANUFACTURED WITH A GLASS
PASSIVATED CHIP FOR OPTIMUM RELIABILITY.
