Logic Output
The MOC5007, MOC5008 and MOC5009 have a gallium arsenide IRED
optically coupled to a high–speed integrated detector with Schmitt trigger
output. Ideal for applications requiring electrical isolation, fast response time,
noise immunity and digital logic compatibility.
Guaranteed Switching Times — ton, toff 4
< µs
Built–In ON/OFF Threshold Hysteresis
High Data Rate, 1 MHz Typical (NRZ)
Wide Supply Voltage Capability
Microprocessor Compatible Drive
To order devices that are tested and marked per VDE 0884 requirements, the
suffix ”V” must be included at end of part number. VDE 0884 is a test option.

For this test, Pins 1 and 2 are common, and Pins 4, 5 and 6 are common.
What is the reason for this problem in AD16? Please give me some advice.
After my AD16 is installed, this message pops up every time I take a step. Does anyone know why this happens? ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !...

What should I do if 3000 pieces of 430F149 need to be burned?
I have 3000 430f149 chips that need to be burned. What should I do? I have always used the emulator JTAG to burn on the target board. Now I want to burn on the bare chip. Is there any cheap and easy-t...
