DESCRIPTION:
The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CMPT992 types
are PNP silicon low noise transistors manufactured by
the epitaxial planar process, epoxy molded in a surface
mount package, designed for low noise amplifier
applications where a high BVCEO is required.
