DESCRIPTION:
The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CMSD2836 and
CMSD2838 are ultra-high speed silicon switching
diodes manufactured by the epitaxial planar
process, in an epoxy molded SUPERmini™ surface
mount package, designed for high speed switching
applications.
