Thermoform ZHS tubing is a halogen-free,
flame retarded, thermally stable heat-
shrinkable tubing.
ZHS tubing possesses a very high degree
of flame retardancy combined with low
smoke emission, and very little evolution
of toxic or acid gas when in contact with a
flame.

Thermoform ZHS tubing, when installed
with Raychem S-1030 adhesive or
S-1305 sealant, provides complete water
sealing, and abrasion and corrosion
protection under the most adverse
environmental conditions.
ZHS tubing is highly resistant to moisture,
fungus and weathering.
Thermoform ZHS tubing can be used for
re-jacketing and repair of halogen-free
cables in any enclosed area
where a flame retardant, halogen free
environment is required. These
environments include funnels,
buildings and aboard ships.

Thermoform ZHS tubing is supplied without a factory applied adhesive. The tubing may be used
in conjunction with Raychem S-1030 adhesive or S-1305 sealant to achieve complete water
sealing and corrosion protection.
