Product Features
The RF1891 Antenna Switch Module offers very low insertion
loss along with excellent linearity performance. The RF1891 is
ideal for multi-mode GSM, EDGE, UMTS, and LTE Carrier
Aggregation capable handset applications. This module
integrates low pass filtering on the GSM transmit paths, thus
avoiding the need for external harmonic attenuation. The
RF1891 is compatible with standard RFFE control bus logic
and is packaged in a compact 2.8 mm x 3.6 mm x 0.98 mm
(max), 28-pin module package.
