概述
ADL5545是一款单端RF/IF增益模块放大器,可在30
MHz至
6 GHz范围内提供½带操½。采用5 V电源供电时,ADL5545
功耗仅为56
mA,OIP3超过36dBm。
ADL5545具有24
dB增益,增益不随频率、温度、电源、器
件而变化。该放大器采用工业标准SOT-89封装,在输入和
输出内部匹配50 ,½够简单地½用于各种不同的应用中。
所需的外部元件只有输入/输出交流耦合电容、电源去耦电
容和直流偏½电感。
ADL5545采用InGaP
HBT工艺制造而成,ESD额定值为±1.5 kV
(1C类)。额定温度范围为−40°C至+105°C的½温度范围,
并提供配½½全且符合RoHS标准的评估板。
