meet following requirements.

(c) Leakage Current : Initial Specified Value or Less
Shelf Life : After have been placed at 85°C without voltage applied for 1000 hours the capacitors shall
meet following requirements.
(a) Capacitance Change : Within 20% of Initial Value
(b) Dissipation Factor : 200% or Less of Initial Specified Value
(c) Leakage Current : Initial Specified Value or Less
