The product shall be inspected for visible evidence of defect

Marking shall be tested with acetone.

2.5 times the rated voltage shall be applied for 1 to 5 sec.

Charging and discharging current shall be limited to 50mA max

Shall be measured 1 minute after with rated voltage

Test frequency :1MHz
