From July 11th to 13th , the 2023 Munich Electronics Show will grandly open at the Shanghai National Exhibition and Convention Center. As a highly anticipated event for the electronics industry, this year's show plans to expand its exhibition area to 100,000 square meters , attracting over 1,400 exhibitors and an expected visitor attendance of 70,000 .

▎High -performance server: The AMD 2U server launched by Avnet uses the AMD EPYC 9004 series, 5nm Zen4 architecture, 9554 high-performance processor, supports 64 cores and 128 threads, and has a base frequency of 3.10GHz. It can be widely used in high-performance computing, artificial intelligence, edge computing, medical care, test and measurement and other fields.
▎ IGBT inverter power board: This power board consists of five parts: main inverter circuit, IGBT drive circuit, auxiliary power supply, current sampling, and voltage sampling. It has high power density and is approximately 18% smaller than traditional modules. It supports brake function and surge protection design. The power is 5.5KW, the input is 3PH AC 380-480V 16.7A 50/60HZ, and the output is 3PH AC 0-480V 13.0A 0-500HZ.
Automotive Gateway: Utilizing the NXP S32G274 automotive gateway chip, it supports the next-generation automotive electronics architecture and serves as a central gateway connecting various domains . It features up to four Arm® Cortex® - A53 cores with Arm Neon™ technology, with optional cluster lockstep, suitable for a variety of applications and services. It also features up to three Arm Cortex-M7 cores in full lockstep for real-time applications. It also includes on-chip hardware modules and software libraries supporting ASIL D functional safety . Furthermore, it includes built-in modules such as LLCE, PFE, and HSE, supporting various product forms, including SOA-based in-vehicle central gateways, regional controllers, C-V2X+T-BOX, and OTA Master.
High-Power-Density 3.3kW Bidirectional PFC Power Supply: This system solution is a bridgeless totem-pole power factor corrector (PFC) with bidirectional power capability. It utilizes Infineon's CoolSiC™ and CoolMOS™ super-junction power MOSFETs, an isolated driver, and the XMC™1404 microcontroller. The offline DC/AC design is widely applicable in communications/server SMPS, photovoltaic inverters, energy storage, and other industries.
EV power motor drive solution: This solution has a design power of up to 50 kW and integrates the S32K344 main control chip, FS26 safety power system basic chip, GD3160 gate driver chip, and HybridPACK™1 DC6, 705V/400A IGBT module. It enables rapid evaluation of IGBT modules, gate drivers, and microcontrollers.
Solar Inverter Solution: This solution enables independent MPPT control for individual panels, resulting in high overall efficiency and addressing issues like shadowing and hot spots. It can also be used as a standalone grid-connected unit, making installation easy. The solution offers a maximum output power of 185W, a normal grid-connected voltage range of 180VAC to 264VAC, an input voltage of 25VDC to 45VDC, and an interleaved inverter frequency of 250kHz to 370kHz. It also features a digital grid-connected phase-locked loop (PLL), islanding detection, and exception handling.
48V BMS for electric vehicles: This solution uses the NXP MC33771C battery monitoring chip, which performs high-precision voltage and current measurements. It also uses a powerful SBC (FS6522) as a power supply and a microcontroller (MPC5744) to sense the voltage of up to 14 lithium-ion cells. It uses an onboard shunt resistor for current sensing and meets the automotive grade ASIL-D.
