LE processing can combine two different but compatible processors on the same system-on-chip and allow power management software to select the best matching single or multiple processors for each task.
"LITTLE", the lowest-power processor, runs the operating system and certain applications to achieve basic tasks of "network access anytime, anywhere", such as social media and audio playback. The operating system and applications can then quickly switch to the higher-performance processor for higher-performance tasks, such as navigation and gaming.
