Overview

The MPC8360EA Modular Development System (MDS) is designed to assist hardware and software developers using the PowerQUICC® II Pro MPC8360EA family ^. The MPC8360EA MDS includes the following hardware modules: MPC8360EA processor board supporting DDR2 and IEEE ^® 1588, PowerQUICC platform I/O board, PowerQUICC PMC to PCI module, and PowerQUICC Quad OC-3 ATM and PowerQUICC T1 add-in cards. The system also allows the optional PCI expansion module interface.
