Overview

Freedom-K64F is an ultra-low-cost development platform for Kinetis ® K64, K63 and K24 MCUs.

  • · Specifications compatible with Arduino® UNO Rev3 pinout

  • · Equipped with rich peripherals, including 6-axis digital accelerometer and magnetometer for developing full electronic compass functionality, 3-color LED and two user buttons for direct interaction, microSD card slot, and onboard Ethernet port , connectivity options such as headers for Bluetooth® and 2.4 GHz radio add-on modules, enabling rapid prototyping.

  • OpenSDAv2 is NXP’s open source hardware embedded serial and debug adapter that runs an open source bootloader and provides options for serial communications, flash programming, and run-control debugging

FRDM-K64 is now powered by Arm® Mbed™ Operating System and Zephyr Operating System , both open source embedded operating systems used for developing IoT.
