The main features of Nuvoton's NUC970 / NUC980 series are the high-performance 32-bit ARM® ARM926EJ-S core with 300 MHz speed, support for network interfaces, high-speed USB interface, dual CMOS cameras and TFT LCD display devices. More importantly, the NUC970 / NUC980 series have stacked 16 MB to 64 MB DDR memory space, which not only facilitates customers to make circuit boards from 2-layer boards to 4-layer boards, but also makes it easy for customers to pass EMI and EMC certifications.
