Overview

The Nano110 series provides high performance, low cost, ultra-low power consumption, 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M0 core, running speed up to 42 MHz, built-in 32-bit hardware multiplier, low operating voltage 1.8V~3.6V, ultra-low power consumption Operating mode (< 200 uA/MHz), power-down mode (real-time clock + LCD display, data storage < 10 uA), (real-time clock, data storage < 2.5 uA), deep power-down mode (data storage < 1 uA) , flash memory up to 128 KB and memory up to 16 KB. Highly integrated real-time clock, LCD drive controller, 12-bit ADC, conversion rate up to 2 Msps, built-in 12 MHz RC oscillator and ISO7816-3 smart card to reduce system BOM cost. Rich peripheral interfaces I²Cx2, SPIx3, UARTx5, I/O accepts 5V input voltage, anti-theft copy lock code function, 96-bit UID chip unique code, 128-bit UCID customer unique code, strong anti-interference ability (ESD 8kV, EFT 4kV) .
