The RF modules designed by Benetel for the BSC913X-based development platform support all mainstream frequency bands around the world, including LTE-FDD/TDD and WCDMA (HSPA+) air interfaces. The design uses 3G/4G transceiver chips and is paired with NXP® low -noise amplifiers and power amplifiers for maximum stability, accuracy and efficiency.
When coupled with NXP's linear GaAs HBT power amplifier and GaAs E-pHEMT low-noise amplifier, a complete Tx/Rx signal channel is formed. The MMZ09312B and MMZ25332B are two-stage high-efficiency, Class AB amplifiers suitable for all air interface standards.
