NXP's Freedom boards for MC12XSF and MC12XS6 are hardware tool for evaluation and development for the different industrial eXtreme switches such as automotive. These are 4 different boards pin-to-pin and software compatible that covers 4 different devices in SOIC32 package from these MC12XSF & MC12XS6 families.
These devices are a 12 V quad or five-channel high-side device with highly flexible integrated control and extensive protection and diagnostic features.
The board is easy to use thanks to the following interfaces:
· FRDM-KL25Z and its SPIGEN graphical user interface
· Freedom KL25z, KV10Z, K64F with Processor Expert component
