DC and stepper motor driver IC - TC78H651FNG

Overview

TC78H651FNG is a dual-bridge driver IC for DC motors/stepper motors that integrates DMOS with low on-resistance in the output transistor. You can choose forward, backward or stop mode. Implemented over-current detection, thermal shutdown and under-voltage lockout functions.
