Bridge drive circuit that provides constant current control (PWM) for brushed DC motors - TB67H401FTG

Overview

The TB67H401FTG is a brushed DC motor driver with dual integrated H-bridges. The internal H-bridge can be controlled independently. TB67H401FTG is manufactured using BiCD process and has a rated voltage of 50 V, 3.0 A/ch.
