Overview

The eXtreme switch evaluation board demonstrates the capabilities of the MC10XS6225 as a 12 V dual channel high-side switch offering integrated control with extensive protection and diagnostic features.

This product is suitable for truck, bus and industrial control applications. Low on-resistance channels (10/25 mOhm) can control different load types; light bulbs, solenoid valves or DC motors. Control, device configuration and diagnostics are performed via a 16-bit SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface), allowing easy integration into existing applications. Both channels can be controlled independently from an external/internal clock signal or via direct input. Use an external clock to operate the device completely autonomously.
