Overview
NXP's MRF101AN reference circuit is an easy-to-use solution designed to accelerate prototyping and speed time to market. These compact reference circuits provide design reuse across frequencies using the same PCB layout, allowing RF designers to quickly generate new power amplifier designs at multiple frequencies.

The reference circuit is designed for use at various frequencies from 1.8 to 250 MHz and delivers up to 130 W of power. Each reference circuit comes with complete documentation, making it easy to integrate the MRF101AN RF design into your system.
