It’s basically completed, please take a look at the pictures and videos!
Overall machine renderings
The PCB adopts a partial modular design because it facilitates welding and split debugging.
Applicable to 30PIN 32 development board, power conversion module
38PIN32 development board, the power conversion is packaged based on Taobao's various modules, the voltage needs to be adjusted to 5V before welding.
These two development boards are easy to buy on the market, and you can also make them yourself according to my project!
Materials roughly used in rack assembly.
Use a paper clip soldered to the mounting plate to act as a lead screw nut. It also acts as a gasket.

Install the bottom Y-axis rail and stepper motor
Install the X-axis linear rail and stepper motor
Install Z-axis linear rail and stepper motor
Install the false nut and motor holder
Detailed picture of the contact between the paper clip and the screw
The Z-axis assembly is docked with the X-axis slider
The work platform is installed with the Y-axis slider, and the slots on the table are used to fix the workpiece for later processing.
The bottom of the writing platform is dipped in magnets to fix the paper later.
What the rack looks like after assembly.
Fix the main control and legs. Later, the legs will be designed with 3D printed parts to replace the copper pillars to increase the overall aesthetics.
Weld the Z-axis cable.
The three-axis cable is welded to the motherboard.
The cable is fixed.
The above is roughly the production process this time. You can watch the video in the attachment for actual operation. There are 4 NC files placed in the attachment for use and testing. The STL file of the motor base is also included in the attachment. For the software part, you can refer to another project of mine, ESP32-GRBL-3-axis control board , which also has a general introduction. Now this one is simplified based on the ESP32-GRBL-3-axis control board. It is mainly for the convenience of novices and converted into a module for easy welding and troubleshooting during debugging. Moreover, these modules can be purchased at any store. Of course, if you have the materials on hand, you can also make the modules yourself. By the way, the ESP32-GRBL-3-axis control board can also be fixed on the bottom of this machine, and its use is the same. In addition, the program burning tutorial recorded before is relatively popular on Bilibili. If it is helpful, remember to like it! ! !
At this point, the introduction is complete. I hope that friends who are interested will not rush to clone the project when they see it. Move the mouse first and like and save it. This is an encouragement to me! ! Thank you! ! Finally, I wish you all a happy time! ! ! Also, if you want to make the same style, you can message me privately! !
