18650 lithium battery charger (can save low voltage batteries)

Overview

This module uses DC05 interface, typec_6p interface, and xt30_m interface for voltage input, and uses ip5306 and tc4056 chips for lithium battery charging.
The DC05 interface corresponds to a 12V/5A charger. You can buy a typec_6p interface on Taobao
that corresponds to a 9V/12V/20V decoy device.
The xt30_m interface of the mobile phone charger solution is more versatile. I use a student power supply for monitoring
as shown in the figure. The input voltage range and charging load capacity of the group depend on the dcdc module.
There are currently two solutions.
1. Using the dcdcmp1584en solution.
  Input: 5v-28v
  Output: 5v/3a (requires heat sink)
MP1584EN solution open source link
2. Using DJI tps54540 Scheme
 input: 4.5v-42v
Output: 5v/5a (requires heat sink)
Tps54540 scheme (in the engineering attachment)

Let’s talk about the specific measured data, because the charging current of TC4056 is actually controlled by pin 2 PROG, the theoretical resistance value The maximum is 1.2k, but I didn’t buy it. I used 1.1k, and the chip is slightly hot.
At the same time,

the actual measured data of the ip5306 chip shows that the charging current is about 1.6A, which is not much stronger than the tc4056. In comparison, the extra power indicator light, lighting system and boost output are pretty good.

Finally, the goal was achieved. When debugging the board, you no longer have to worry about the problem of the lithium battery running out of power. Then below is a video of the test using a student power supply.
