*4. Hardware part

The hardware design mainly refers to the specification book of TMC5130. The hardware is not very difficult. The main reason is that the PCB layout needs to be continuously optimized. The entire circuit board is only 39*39mm, which contains LDO circuit, MCU circuit, TMC driver circuit, Two-way optocoupler circuit, 485 circuit. There is still some difficulty. In addition, it needs to be explained that in order to facilitate the demonstration and aesthetics, I specially learned 3D design. The circuit board shell, the turntable and the fixed frame on the shaft were all 3D printed at Jialichuang. The price is not expensive. This is a must. Thumbs up.

Note: It is recommended to use Lichuang EDA . If you choose other EDA tools, please upload schematics in PDF format, PCB drawings in PDF format, and PCB files in Gerber format in the attachments. *5. Software part

Just download the source code for the software and use KEIL5 to design it. The process is to use one motor module among the three motors as the main control module to coordinate and control the other two motor modules. From the video, you can see that the two motors on the sliding table need to maintain a high degree of consistency, so here is The slide motor is used as the main control motor to control the other two motors. One thing to note here is that each motor still has slight characteristics, resulting in a slight difference in rotational speed under the same parameters. It is fine for short-distance running, but it will still be obvious for long-distance running. Here you need to constantly Debugging made the actual speeds of the two motors consistent.
