A motor drive module that can drive high-power motors.
 
2. Application scenarios
 
This module can be used to drive high-power DC brush motors, or used in smart car competition motor drive boards. It has the characteristics of high current and high drive.
 
3. Product Overview
 
Optocoupler isolation chip is used to maximize the protection of the
single-chip microcomputer. The maximum current can reach 68A, but good heat dissipation conditions need to be provided for the module.
The module uses Infineon BTN7971B half-bridge driver IC. The gate driver circuit is integrated inside the IC. No need Design external gate drive circuit

Rated input voltage: 6-28V (recommended not to exceed 35V), isolation chip power supply 5V, add LED and filter capacitor to achieve effective power supply filtering
PWM input frequency: 0-25KHz (PWM signal frequency Too high will cause serious heating)
The signal input has the XH2.5-5P interface.
The input signal is isolated and compatible with 3.3V and 5V levels.
 
5. Instructions for use
 
1. After connecting the power supply to the power input port, the signal input terminal is from right to left. Input 3V3 and four PWM signals in sequence, and the signal output port is connected to two motors.
2. When plugging in the power plug of the device, it is recommended to turn the toggle switch to the OFF position first, that is, power on when the switch is turned off.
3. Each PWM signal controls a corresponding motor signal.
4. When everything is ready, turn on the switch and the motor will rotate with the PWM signal.
