Overview

This project is an Internet of Things development board based on STC15W4K56S4 and EMW3080

STC15W4K56S4

Features:

1. 56K-byte Flash program memory, with an endurance of more than 100,000 times.

2. On-chip large-capacity 4096-byte SRAM, including conventional 256-byte RAM and internal extended 3840-byte XRAM.

3. Large-capacity on-chip EEPROM -2K, capable of erasing and writing more than 100,000 times.

4. A total of 8 channels of 10-bit high-speed ADC with a speed of up to 300,000 times/second. The 8-channel PWM can also be used as 8-channel D/A.

5. 6-channel 15-bit dedicated high-precision PWM (with dead zone control) + 2-channel CCP (using its high-speed pulse output function to achieve 11~16-bit PWM)

----Can be used to implement 8 channels of D/A, or 2 16-bit timers, or 2 external interrupts (support rising edge/falling edge interrupts).

6. 6-channel enhanced PWM.

EMW3080

You can flash the Alibaba Cloud Feiyan firmware to achieve direct connection to the Alibaba Cloud Life Platform, which is very convenient.

Development board features

1. All IO ports of STC15W4K56S4 are led out, with a total of 46 IO expansion capabilities.

2. Onboard serial port circuit, very convenient for downloading and debugging.

3. You can use the serial port to upgrade the firmware of the onboard EMW3080 at any time.

4. A DHT11 interface is reserved to monitor temperature and humidity.

5. Reserve an OLED interface to realize local information visualization.

6. Single-channel relay can control strong electricity.

7. Three-way LED, door-level electric light/water lamp, and the function of prompt information.

PCB improvement process

Several problems were discovered after the proofing was completed.

1.AMS1117-3.3 chip is mistakenly used as AMS1117.

2. The IO port pin header is too small and inconvenient for wiring.

3. The reserved DHT11 and OLED interfaces are too close to each other.

After the improvements were completed, version 1.1 was released.
