USB decoder (pcm2706+PCM1754)

Overview

USB decoding pcm2706 outputs i2s signal driver DAC (PCM1754). The first version uses USB direct connection, and the second version uses typec input interface. ~~~~ The board was drawn a year ago and there are bugs. There is no problem with the schematic connection. The second version (header picture) is not as good as the first version beta version. Bugs are still being found.
