[Course Design] Internet of Things Ceiling Lamp

 
Overview

It’s nearing the end of the semester and I can’t finish the document, so I’ll just make do with it.

1 Introduction

Use Tuya Smart's module to design a smart ceiling lamp that can control the switch and brightness of the ceiling lamp through the Android APP. It can turn on and off the light regularly, and can achieve more functions when combined with other devices.

This project uses a universal shell and uses magnets to absorb it. It can directly replace ordinary ceiling lamps. After successful testing, it can be used in daily life and has practical value.

2 knowledge points

(1) Learn the design ideas and methods of smart home products;

(2) Learn how to use LED driver chips;

(3) Understand the rules for high-voltage isolation wiring;

(4) Understand the selection and use of electret microphones;

(5) Understand how to design a suitable PCB shape according to the shell;

(6) Learn to use Lichuang EDA to design schematic diagrams and PCB diagrams;

(7) Learn the composition of PCB boards and factory production processes;

(8) Practice welding skills and master the use of soldering stations, hot air guns, teppanyaki and other tools;

3 Introduction to onboard resources

(1) Onboard 220V to 5V/700MA isolated power module, which can be directly connected to the mains power;

(2) There are two LEDs on the board, which are warm light and cold light, and support PWM dimming;

(3) Using Tuya’s development-free firmware, you only need to configure it on the web page and it can be used without code development;

(4) Make single-layer wiring and use aluminum substrate to improve heat dissipation;

4 Circuit Function Analysis

The circuit design is simple and is mainly divided into: 220V to 5V isolated power module interface circuit, 220V rectifier filter, 5V to 3.3V low voltage dropout linear regulator, WB3S module supporting 2.4/5g wifi/Bluetooth, two-way LED drive circuit and Made up of LED lights.

7 Welding debugging

First, solder the power supply and main control part, and power on for testing

Enter the network configuration mode and configure the network.

After measuring that there is no short circuit, install the magnetic screws, insert them into the ceiling lamp, power on and wipe the machine~
