This is an AC-DC voltage regulator solution verification board based on LM317T.
Due to some problems with the thermal transfer machine, some wires were connected using solder wire as flying wires during the production process, which may cause the finished product to be noisy.
When the load of R2 and LED2 is 1k, when inputting 12.60V50Hz AC power, use a multimeter to measure directly, and it can output a voltage of 3.514-14.85V. Use an oscilloscope to observe the output waveform, and it is found that there is an oscillation waveform with a period of about 23.80ns (about 42.372kHz, It is speculated that it is caused by improper selection of the output capacitor value), and there is a ripple of about 200mV.
