This design implements the detection of leakage current and temperature, and allows interaction through the keyboard and digital tube display.
The sinusoidal leakage current detection uses a resistor translation network, and then performs AD sampling through the microcontroller; the temperature sensor uses DS18B20, and uses the 1-Wire protocol to communicate with the microcontroller; the management chip of the keyboard and digital tube uses TM1638, and communicates with the microcontroller through the SPI protocol .
The first page of the digital tube displays real-time temperature and leakage current values. On the second page, you can use the buttons to set the critical alarm values of current and temperature. The third page shows the number of the current machine to facilitate distributed control in applications. devices are distinguished. See the attachment for the source program and design documents.
