Engineering cognitive courses are very important in the learning process of every electronics-related major. A complete and systematic course study can help students establish a perceptual understanding of engineering design and lay a solid foundation for learning professional courses. This course case uses the domestic circuit design software Lichuang EDA for design, and combines the NodeMCU-8266 development board of Essence Technology with an external 18B20 and RGB lights to realize the upload and download functions of IoT data. Introduce the knowledge of Internet of Things and use practical cases to lead students from hardware to software, from circuit design to software debugging, so that students can become familiar with the project development process. This course has the following learning objectives:
(1) Learn to use PCB design software and independently design and produce a circuit board;
(2) Understand the development trends of the Internet of Things and be familiar with the methods and steps of cloud computing for devices;
(3) Be familiar with the engineering development process and master independent development capabilities.
