Using Yingjixin IP6510&IP6505 automotive fast charging chip, the input voltage is 4.5~32V, and the conversion efficiency is up to 97%.
The maximum output power is 84W, USB-A supports 24w output, and Type-C supports 18W output.
Supports a variety of fast charging protocols, among which the protocols supported by USB-A are: BC1.2, Apple, Samsung, QC2.0 (Qualcomm), QC3.0 Qualcomm, MTK PE1.1/PE2.0 (MediaTek), FCP ( Huawei), SCP (Huawei), AFC (Samsung), SFCP (Spreadtrum); Type-C supported protocols are: BC1.2, Apple, Samsung, QC2.0 (Qualcomm), QC3.0 (Qualcomm), FCP ( Huawei), AFC (Samsung), USB PD.
Precautions:
①In order to reduce EMI, the input ceramic filter capacitors (C2, C12, C14, C20) are 22uf. If not needed, 1uf can be used instead (to reduce costs);
②In order to improve efficiency, the input filter capacitors (C1, C11, C13, C23) are solid capacitors. If not needed, they can be replaced by electrolytic capacitors of the same specification (to reduce costs);
③In order to ensure the output power, it is recommended that the input voltage is 16~24V;
④ To ensure conversion efficiency, the inductor (L1, L2, L3, L4) current is above 4.5A, and DCR is <12mΩ;
⑤In order to reduce the size of the PCB, the input end is directly welded with wires.
The inductor in this project may not be easy to find. I would like to recommend it to those in need: https://m.tb.cn/h.4z4xn8X?sm=0df82c
