Engineering friends who like me can follow and like it:)
This project can be customized by friends who like to save time. Because it is handmade, the production may not be particularly beautiful. Private chat if necessary :)
Updated on October 23rd:
Last night, a group of friends changed the direction of the test pins of the programming socket. They reversed the direction of the original test ring and placed the bottom circle on top. In actual testing, the unsoldered 8266 module can indeed be stuck. If it has been welded, it will easily become loose, so if you are interested, you can make two:)
This product should currently be the lowest-cost ESP8266 programmer on the Internet. Compared with the majority of 8266 programmers, this programmer has the following main advantages:
1. Low cost:)
2. Compared with the finished product on the fake product, mine can not only be programmed, but also debugged ;
3. Automatic download, ESP-01S, ESP-07, ESP07S, ESP-12E, ESP-12F, ESP 12S, etc. can be plug and play;
4. Some friends said that downloading cannot be done when using a baud rate of 1152000. This actually has something to do with the ESP module you purchased. If you cannot use 1152000, then please try adjusting the baud rate to 921600 ? Or set it directly to the highest 1,500,000 :)
5. Everyone is free to play...
First of all, there is still a purple PCB preview that JLC cannot print.
Next, here are our own physical pictures:)
There are several main points to note regarding PCB welding:
1. The tantalum capacitors can be deleted . I added them because I was afraid of insufficient power supply. Actual testing found that it is not a big problem if they are not used. If you don’t like them, you can delete them. But I personally like it. Things don’t need to be welded, but the position must be there:)
2. There are 0603*4 resistors on the left side of the tantalum capacitor . Many people may not have them. If you don’t have them, you can replace them with 4 0603 10K resistors. The space is sufficient;
3. Don’t be afraid of soldering TypeC. I have improved this TypeC pad myself . Drag soldering is very worry-free. You can try it;
4. For CH340C, I specially redrawed the soldering pads. Some of the pins that are not used for soldering were painted with silk screen for easy removal? ? ? :) This is my little attempt;
5. The spring pin groove of 8266 is the oval one. Although I designed the width to be 0.45mm, JLC still made it more than 0.7mm for me . I don’t know if it is a process problem or the minimum width is 0.7? For my V1.0 version, I used someone else's package, which was more exaggerated, directly over 1mm~ Then I redrawn the package myself and set the width to 0.45mm, and the result was. . . . If you find that the board is too wide after making the board, please contact JLC. . . .
6. How to make spring needles:) The picture below will introduce it in detail!
The point is the point! ! ! Why do you say my cost is low? Because my spring pins are cheap! !
The fake search keyword: "test ring" , you can see that 50 pieces of this thing only cost more than 3 yuan? ? ?
Then let's dismantle this thing, Xiao Zhuzhu
Click on the red position in the picture above, the short leg, and cut it off with pliers
Then follow the red line and break the lower half of the left leg to the right.
Use pliers to pull the right leg, just make it bigger.
Just basically make this effect
Then insert this pin into our PCB in this way
The part on the left is the part of the leg that we clamped off, and the part on the right is the part that we bent. Just tin the front and back of the via and that's it.
The actual renderings are as follows:
If you are just for programming, you only need to solder the pins required for programming , because the more pins there are, the stronger the pins will be. If they are not bent well, it is easy to pop out the ESP chip:)
This needle needs to be adjusted by yourself in order to achieve the best effect . The master will guide you through the door, and practice depends on you:)
Okay, this is the end of this program. I hope everyone can make a useful burning debugger:)
