10-string lithium battery balancing board (with indicator light)

Overview

The battery of the scooter I usually ride broke, so I used a spot welder to make a set. If I needed a battery balance board, I used Lichuang EDA. According to the technical documentation of hy2213, I drew a 10-cell lithium battery connected in series.
BB3A has a 4.2V threshold. After exceeding 4.2V, it will be discharged, and the LED light corresponding to that section will light up, indicating that it is working.
