This project is a work participating in the activity "Graffiti & Lichuang Training Camp". The wifi module provided by Tuya Smart is used: TPS63001 chip), ch340 serial port debugging & downloading and other functions. In PCB design, high-density design solutions are adopted to further reduce the PCB area. The serial port interface pin header is reserved on the PCB to facilitate later debugging. The module leads to two sets of serial ports, which can be connected to ch340 through jumpers.
After proofing and welding testing, this project has realized the predetermined function. After configuring the network using the "Tuya Cloud Test" APP, the temperature and humidity can be viewed, and the upload interval is about 1 hour/time. The power supply can be powered by dry batteries, lithium batteries, or USB. The power supply voltage range is 1.8v-5.5v. It is suitable for direct power supply by two to three dry batteries, one lithium battery, or USB interface. The power supply tolerance is extremely high, so that it can be used in different power supply environments. . Designed with a lithium battery charging circuit, the lithium battery can be charged through the USB interface. The serial port function test is normal.
During the device welding, it was found that the sht30 temperature and humidity sensor and the tps63001drcr chip are packaged in DFN/QFN, and the pin spacing is very short, making it difficult to weld with an electric soldering iron.
