[ART-Pi] Four-way stepper motor control expansion board based on ART-Pi

 
Overview

In industry and daily life, we often need to control stepper motors to complete certain actions.

This design will be based on the ART-Pi development board, mainly using its large number of pin headers, I2C and UART buses.

  1. In the first stage, the control of multiple motors and infrared sensors is implemented first.
  2. In the second stage, three series-connected 18650 lithium-ion batteries or 12V lead-acid battery charging and discharging and management modules are added (the chip selection and rough plan are already available, and can be considered as another add-on board), and try to achieve scheduled transmission of batteries and motors to the cloud. motion count
  3. In the third stage, consider adding an infrared sensor (tentatively planning to use arduino peripherals) and test the LCD display output.
  4. The final product is expected to have the function of controlling stepper motors, counting and monitoring battery information, automatically uploading it, and displaying necessary information on a local display.

--- I welded the actual thing all the way and forgot to open the steel mesh, which was a bit silly. It works after testing, but the temperature cannot be controlled, and it is easy to trigger the overheat protection of the power supply chip TPS54531. At that time, I should have gone directly to 2oz+Tg150. Prepare to change the output setting of each stepper motor from about 2A to 1A.
