This project is used to verify the solution verification board design of the PLL phase-locked loop chip HEF4046 of Lichuang Mall. This verification board is mainly used for resonance controllers to implement induction heating applications such as high-frequency quenching or induction cookers. This control circuit can perform real-time frequency tracking of the inverter, make reasonable phase compensation based on the feedback signal, ensure that the inverter works in a weakly inductive state, and achieve a switching zero voltage function while obtaining a higher input power factor, achieving High efficiency heating.
