4-digit voltmeter

Overview

The 4-digit voltmeter is used to test my voltage reference source. I don’t know if it is accurate. At least it can test the short-term stability characteristics of the voltage source! I added a few jumpers to switch the decimal point position! Two benchmark chips are used!
