Overview

1. The auxiliary power supply part
inputs 25-30V DC and can output 12V, 5V, and 3.3V DC.
Among them, 12V uses TI's TPS5450DDAR, adjustable input voltage: 5.5V~36V, output voltage: 1.221V~31.32V, output current (maximum value): 5A TPS5450 5.5V to 36V input, 5A, 500kHz buck converter.
5V uses XL1509-5, and the input range is 4.5-40V. The maximum output current is 3A.
Among them, the efficiency of 12V at 1A output is 85%.
2. Voltage and current sampling
uses a differential amplifier circuit to sample the voltage signal, reducing the sampled signal 40 times and then raising it to 1.65V.
Current sampling uses the cc6903 current sampling chip.
3. The drive circuit
uses EG2106 gate drive IC. Its power supply is taken directly from the DC bus, and the 15V regulated output is completed through the 7035 synchronous BUCK chip.
4. The full-bridge power board
uses IRF540 100V 150w MOS.
5. The control code
uses stm32f429 as the controller, transplanted CMSIS-DSP library, lvgl open source graphics library, and two closed-loop control methods of effective value and single-phase DQ decoupling.
The achieved stable output is 30V effective value, and the frequency can be adjusted from 45-65. In current source mode, the output current of 1-2A is adjustable. A software phase-locked loop based on a second-order generalized integrator is added to follow the frequency and phase of the reference signal. Since the sampling process and the filter have a certain phase delay, the impedance angle changes. In the case of , the output will have a fixed phase difference from the reference signal.
