All pins of the chip have been lead out and come with the components required for independent testing. It can be tested without an external microcontroller. DIP switches are used for input, and LEDs are used for observing output.
If you want to use the onboard LED to observe the output, you need to short-circuit T1 to T4 with solder, use a jumper cap to short-circuit VCC and D of H9, and short-circuit GND and VSS of H6.
If you need to use a microcontroller to input signals, turn off all DIP switches, press the H5 silk screen mark to connect the input, and the rest is the same as above.
If you need to test external components, turn off all DIP switches, disconnect the test pads, remove the short circuit between VCC and D on H9, and connect the wires from the pin header.
