Balanced charging of dual series 18650 lithium battery packs
Core charging IC: IP2326
Balance IC: HY2213-BB3A
Input voltage: 4.5-7V
Output voltage: 8.4V
Output current: 0.5A-1.2A potentiometer adjustable
Has an LED light to indicate CC on status
Has an LED light to indicate charging completion status
Has two LED lights to indicate balanced working status
The balancing current depends on the balancing resistor, it is recommended to be about 100MA
Charging timeout: 24 hours
Undervoltage protection voltage threshold: 4.65V IP2326 has an input VIN input voltage stabilizing loop. When it detects that the input voltage is close to the input undervoltage threshold set by RUV, it will automatically adjust and reduce the charging current to ensure that the input voltage is stable at the input undervoltage. near the threshold to ensure that the adapter will not be pulled. IP2326 adopts complete CC/CV charging mode. When the battery voltage is less than 3.7V, the battery is charged with a current of 50mA. When the battery voltage is greater than 3.7V and less than 6V, the battery is charged with a current of 100mA. When the battery voltage is greater than 6V, it is charged at the set constant current ICC; when the battery voltage is close to 8.4V, it enters the constant voltage charging mode. After the battery is full and charging is stopped, and the input continues, if the battery voltage is less than 8V, charging will be started again; IP2326 can apply for fast charging voltage from the input terminal through DP/DM according to the current battery voltage; When the battery voltage VBAT <6.2V When the battery voltage is 6.2V<=VBAT<6.8V, it will try to apply for 5.4V input fast charge; when the battery voltage is 6.8V<=VBAT<7.8V, it will try to apply for 6V Input fast charge; When the battery voltage VBAT>=7.8V, it will try to apply for 7V input fast charge; Here is a data sheet with the introduction and parameters of various setting resistors:
