4 LEDs represent hours and 6 LEDs represent minutes. Integrated bm8563 real-time clock, SMD buzzer, two buttons, the processor uses mega328, which is convenient for Arduino programming. There is a problem with the design of the solution. The output power of the button battery is too small to drive 10 LEDs. It can be changed to lithium battery for power supply.
