Overview

Software Architecture

1. Developed based on Arduino framework. The program is in the attachment.

2. Currently there are only basic functions such as voltage and current detection and display.

3. It is recommended to download the latest version 2.1 program and install the corresponding library.

 

Hardware architecture

TFT: The display is a 0.96-inch 80*160 pixel color screen.
Serial communication : The onboard CH340CE serial port chip shares the measured TYPE-C interface and can control the serial port power switch through software.

Program download: When the program is uploaded and compiled to enter the download mode, press the P0 button and successfully enter the burning mode to download the program normally.

Current and voltage: Using the INA226 chip with a 0.01R resistor can achieve 4-28V, 0-8A voltage and current detection with current accuracy up to (0.001A)

WIFI communication: Undeveloped
PD deception: The FUSB302 driver will not engage in undeveloped corresponding functions and does not need to be soldered.

Board making process: two-layer board, 1.0mm board thickness   

Shell: composed of PCB shell + M2*3 copper pillars, M2*2 M3*5 flat head screws, PCB shell needs to be cut manually

Note: The component parameters are subject to the parameters marked on the schematic diagram. If the relevant functional components are not used, do not solder them. Use the AD file exported by Lichuang EDA in the attachment with caution.

1. The ESP8285 is so hot that NTC cannot measure the ambient temperature for a long time.

2. When the device under test is plugged in and loses power instantly, there is a certain chance that it will crash.
