Modification history:
2021.9.17: The 3.3V electrolytic capacitor is modified from 100uf to 220uf to improve stability.
For this 2.0 project, the following modifications and optimizations have been made:
1. The main chip is replaced with RTL8367N-QFN88 package, which is smaller in size.
2. PCB area reduced by 20%
3. Optimize inner electrical layer routing
4. Delete some 104 capacitors to save materials.
5. Replace the RC package with 0603 and manual welding is effortless.
6. Replace LDO with a smaller package, lower price, and reduce costs.
7. The difference between V2.1 and V2.2 is the 1V LDO package, more choices
8. Optimize design rules and wiring
9. The network port is replaced with HY911130A, which complies with ROHS.
10. Other optimizations
11. The areas of V2.3 and V2.4 have been optimized again, with smaller areas and thicker line widths, and the 3.3 voltage regulator uses its own chip (UZ1084G)

Shell file updated! Applicable to V2.3 and V2.4. The basic test is passed and the project is roughly completed. If you need it, please use the V2.3 and V2.4 versions .
Acrylic thickness: 2mm. Copper pillar: M2*5+6. Screw: M2*5. Nut: M2. PCB: 1.6mm. Heat dissipation height: 12mm
Comparison between V1.0 and V2.3:
Updated V2.3 and V2.4, the area has been reduced again, and the stability test is OK.
Video demonstration: The measured speed reaches 1000M! (Due to the bottleneck speed of mechanical hard disk, it is slightly lower)
You’ve seen this, why don’t you leave without giving me a thumbs up? (*╹▽╹*)

Update: V2.5 once again optimizes the wiring and design rules, improves stability, and fixes the bug that the 1000M network is not recognized under some extreme conditions. It has been tested OK. . .
After consideration, the V2.5 version is not open source, and the solution has been put on the circuit city. In order to support the author in subsidizing home use, friends in need are kindly requested to choose to purchase it. Thank you.
