Smoking is an important factor that harms human health, and people are more concerned about the harm caused by smoking. Therefore, most people start to quit smoking. However, as we all know, quitting smoking is a very test of willpower. Many people fail to quit smoking because of this. This work focuses on this problem and details the issue of restraining willpower. At every tiny moment, we can gradually help the victims to quit smoking. 2. Introduction to the use of the work This work is an electronic smoking cessation box. Put the cigarette into the box and turn on the power switch. At this time, the cigarette box will be automatically locked and it is prohibited to take out cigarettes. You can take out cigarettes by turning on the cigarette take-out switch. After closing the cigarette box, it will automatically lock and display a 10-minute countdown. During the countdown time, the cigarette box is locked and no cigarettes are allowed to be taken out. After the countdown is over, it will be unlocked and you can take out cigarettes. After each cigarette is taken out, the countdown time will be increased by 2 seconds based on the last time. The more you smoke, the longer it will take to get the next cigarette. In this step-by-step way, it will take a long time before you smoke the next cigarette, or you can quit the bad habit of smoking directly. This product is powered by a very small rechargeable battery with a capacity of 100mah. Through low power consumption design, it can be used for 7-10 days on a single charge. When the battery is out of power, a red LED flashes to indicate. The circuit is designed with a charging circuit and can be fully charged in 10-15 minutes. There are different color indicator lights for charging through the USB interface. Designed with a storage circuit to save when powered off. Consider that ex-smokers do not know the time during the waiting process. You can shake the cigarette case to light up the screen and check the remaining time. It also displays the remaining number of cigarettes in the box, as well as a record of how many cigarettes the smoker has smoked since using the electronic smoking cessation box. 3. Summary The main difficulty in the design of this work is to realize the required functions on such a small circuit board, including charging circuit, display, microcontroller control, stepper motor drive circuit, and storage circuit. Through the process of designing this circuit and implementing the modified functions, I have gained a lot and grown a lot.
