* 1. Self/team introduction Personal profile video address on station B: https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1GV41167Te/ Nickname: Raphael Xiansen, majoring in bioengineering, engaged in circuit design in the spare time, and likes to mess around . I am relatively good at digital circuits. This time I participated mainly because I wanted to challenge analog circuits and power circuits, which I am not very good at. My competition slogan is: always trying to jump around in the comfort zone is doomed to achieve nothing. Thanks to Lichuang Mall, Lichuang EDA, Jialichuang and many sponsors for providing me with the opportunity of this competition.
* 2. Briefly introduce the project https://b23.tv/fWw59y This time I am making a DC adjustable power supply. Originally, there was nothing much to say about the DC power supply. This time I added my knowledge of digital circuits that I am good at. Adding programmability, modularity, intelligence and other things to this adjustable power supply made it interesting. I hope I can make a smart programmable DC power supply. It can be said that this power supply is an intelligent digital power supply
[Please fill in during the competition stage↓]
1. Describe the project details. This is the first high-power power supply equipment I made. It uses a lot of DCDC. The 220V to 36V converter uses a linear transformer. Why not use a switching power supply? , this is also my blind spot, that is, the switching transformer cannot be wound. Therefore, the use of switching transformers has not been considered for the time being.
2. Describe the challenges faced by the project and the problems solved. The switching transformers have not yet been solved.
3. Describe the key points involved in the hardware and software parts of the project. The main substation uses a 220V to 36V converter. Power frequency transformers, therefore, are larger in size. The main power supply is TX4138, and the constant current source adopts the DCDC constant current source solution of XL4015 + LM358.
4. Project material list display
* 5. Upload project pictures 5.1. Print the competition logo picture on the PCB. If not, it will be considered as giving up the competition. This is for testing. A motherboard at that time.
5.2. Other pictures of the project
* 6. Demonstrate your project and record it as a video for uploading 6.1. Official website of the video upload competition 6.2. Video title and link at Station B
Notes: ①: Video requirements: Please shoot horizontally, with a resolution of no less than 1280×720, format Mp4/Mov, and the size of a single video is limited to 100M; ②: Video upload: please upload to the official website of the competition and Station B simultaneously ( www .bilibili.com ), the top 10 most popular projects at Station B will receive 1,000-5,000 yuan in cash rewards, and other uploaded projects will receive 100 yuan Lichuang Mall no-threshold coupons; ③: Video title: The 5th Lichuang Electronic Design Competition: {Project Name }-{Video module name}; such as the 5th Lichuang Electronic Design Competition: "Autonomous Driving" project - team introduction.
7. Whether it is released to the public for the first time. 7.1. Whether the project has been published or won an award before, please explain. This project is released to the public for the first time and is authorized by CAN Studio (my own studio) to participate. Because the previous DC power supply was broken, I used its casing directly for this project. The disadvantage is that the response is too sensitive. Please change it slowly. 9. References
